Happy Thanksgiving! THis year I am attempting to contribute to Thanksgiving by doing more than just showing up! I will be preparing a dish! That's right..... I am going to cook something! Thankfully, mom will have plenty of food already which takes the presure off. Ever since I Broiled cookies in College I have been a little wary about trying to do anything out of the ordinary. Today's dish........ Apple stuffed Acorn Squash. Seems simple enough. I'll let you know how it goes.... Wish me luck!
